Subscription Billing

ShadowLock is billed on a recurring monthly basis. Charges are based on the number of devices monitored at the end of each billing period.

By subscribing to ShadowLock, you agree to automatic recurring billing unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being billed.

Refund Eligibility

1. First-Time Subscription Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.

To qualify:

  • This must be your first subscription to ShadowLock
  • The request must be made within 7 calendar days of the initial charge

2. Billing Errors

If you believe you were incorrectly charged (e.g., duplicate charges or incorrect device count), please contact us. Verified billing errors will be refunded in full.

3. Service Issues

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

  • The service was unavailable for a prolonged period due to system issues
  • Critical functionality was not delivered as described

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Partial billing periods after the 7-day window
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
  • Changes in device count after billing has occurred
  • Misuse or violation of ShadowLock's Terms of Service

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will:

  • Stop future billing
  • Not retroactively refund the current billing period
